Advance International Ltd is an international freight & customs broker servicing importers & exporters; principally those operating in Southland. The company principal, David McAllister, has been involved in numerous large scale projects in the region over the past 30 years which have included Aluminium Smelter upgrades & Expansion, Oil Exploration in the Great South Basin, Gas Exploration, Medium Density Fibreboard Plant Construction for Rayonier NZ MDF Ltd, Veneer Plant Construction for Southland Veneers Ltd, Second Tailrace Tunnel Project at the Manapouri Hydro Station and currently construction of the Mossburn Wind Farm.

All of the above projects involved customs clearance of imported items, import consultancy on tariffs, duty concessions etc, international freight logistical services and local delivery arrangements.

Advance International Ltd is fully linked to NZ Customs Service for the electronic processing of import and export clearances. The company has fully trained staff in matters of customs processing, quarantine regulations and international freighting.
