Supply of tubular in Mill quantities (50 tons minimum order) from their facilities at Bluff, Southland, New Zealand; in the following grades and specification;

• Quality management system at the pipe production Mill facilities correspond with ISO 9000, European Directive 97/23/EC and API Q1 requirements.
• Product chemical analysis control, tensile, bending, flattening, hardness, impact and metallographic tests are performed on state-of-the-art testing equipment, which is examined regularly.
• Pipes are hydro tested on single and double-head hydro testers for standard and alternative pressures up to 20,000 psi. A NACE testing laboratory is an in-house feature and in addition teh ERF/HFI line has an EPOXY coating facility attached to the Mill.
• Non-destructive testing is performed using ultrasonic, electromagnetic, eddy current and magnetic particle inspection methods on teh equipment produced by the most reputable world manufacturers.
• Pipes are supplied according to the following standards: API 5L, API 5CT (5D), DIN, ASTM, EN ISO 11000, NFA, GOST. Quality of the pipe produced according to the International Standards has been confirmed by Certificates and Monograms of the expert organisations since 1994.
